These Terms of Use and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website (dayly.site), the Square mobile application, and related services provided by Dayly Technologies ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, creating a Square account, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our website or app.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content includes, without limitation, content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory, fraudulent, illegal, or that promotes violence or harm.
By accessing the Dayly Technologies website or creating a Square account, you accept and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must accept them before registering for Square. Continued use after we update these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use Square. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information. Dayly Technologies cannot and will not be liable for loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

All content, features, and functionality of our website and Square app—including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, and design—are owned by Dayly Technologies or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Square allows users to post and share content including messages, photos, videos, files, profile information, map posts, activities, specials, and community content. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Dayly Technologies a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, store, process, and moderate your content as needed to operate Square, protect users, and enforce these Terms.

Users and businesses may post locations, specials, or offers on the map. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of what you post. We do not guarantee availability, quality, pricing, or outcomes related to posted offers. Use your judgment when meeting others or visiting posted locations.
Any wallet, transfer, payment, order, invoice, or crypto-related feature is provided for convenience only. You are solely responsible for verifying recipient details, amounts, and network selection before confirming any action. The Wallet tab opens in-app community features and does not link to external donation or payment pages. We are not a bank, broker, exchange, money transmitter, investment adviser, fiduciary, or custodian unless explicitly required by law. Nothing in Square is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
You are responsible for protecting your device, credentials, wallet keys, passcodes, and recovery information. You may not use our website or app:
Our website or app may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party infrastructure, payment processors, cloud providers, map services, and blockchain networks. We have not reviewed all linked sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Use of linked websites is at your own risk. We do not control third-party uptime, fees, security, or reversals.
You may receive push notifications related to messages, nearby activities, specials, payments, and app updates. Delivery is not guaranteed. You can manage notification permissions in device settings.
Our website, Square app, and materials are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Dayly Technologies makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, or error-free operation, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dayly Technologies and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of funds, digital assets, profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
